Capital Diaper Bank supplies baby diapers, along with other basic necessities such as formula, food, and clothing to families who are experiencing financial distress. We work daily to make a positive difference in the lives of the children and their families.


Families around Virginia need your help! They could be your mother, brother, or sister who desperately need baby supplies along with other essentials. Donate through personal walk-ins or through our Amazon® Wishlist.

Our Story

Capital Diaper Bank headquartered in Richmond, Virginia, is a 501(c)(3) non profit organization. We are dedicated to aiding families undergoing financial crises, helping protect and care for their children by supplying them with basic necessities such as baby diapers, formula, food, and clothing. What began as a small internal diaper bank to decrease the number of infections caused by reusing diapers, has grown to a large network of individuals and groups aimed at protecting this vulnerable group of society.

Capital Diaper Bank’s Mission is to provide life sustaining formula, food and diapers to babies and toddlers in times of crisis.
